Cancellation of Order

You have a period of 14 days from when the goods were ordered to cancel.

You also have 14 days to cancel after the goods have been delivered but NOT INSTALLED and have NOT been used.

To cancel your order contact us by email at support@blackbullgrill.uk stating your; Name, Address and Telephone number.

Customers are required to pay for the delivery and collection costs if orders are cancelled after the delivery.

The delivery/installation charge will not be refunded.

Goods must be returned in a brand new condition, if there are any damages there will be a charge.
